Integrative Psychotherapist & Coach
Rohini Rana is an integrative psychotherapist and coach who works with clients aged 16 and above. Whether you are experiencing anxiety or low mood, navigating grief or a career transition, seeking greater confidence and balance, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply, Rohini offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, explore what matters most to you and move towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, work–life balance, career transitions, job promotions, identity, confidence and weight management. She also helps clients explore patterns such as black-and-white thinking and intellectualisation, which may serve as protective mechanisms but can sometimes make it harder to connect with emotions, recognise personal needs or navigate change.
Through her practice, Panorama Insight (Pan-I), Rohini offers a compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental space for clients to explore emotional difficulties, personal challenges and significant life transitions. She considers how past experiences may influence present-day thoughts, feelings, habits and relationship patterns, while helping clients develop greater awareness of themselves in the here and now. Together, they work towards greater clarity, self-understanding and meaningful, value-aligned goals.
Her approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s individual needs, preferences and goals. Drawing on person-centred, existential and Gestalt approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), she also incorporates somatic approaches, including mindfulness and Gendlin’s concept of the felt sense. These approaches can help clients develop greater awareness of their bodily sensations, emotions and inner responses. By exploring the interplay between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and life experiences, clients can deepen their self-understanding and identify meaningful, sustainable steps towards change. Where appropriate, Rohini also draws on the GROW coaching model to support practical goal-setting and progress.
Rohini holds a PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, is a BACP-accredited practitioner and has completed Level 6 clinical supervision training. She brings together therapeutic insight and coaching techniques to support both emotional exploration and practical, goal-oriented development.
Before entering therapeutic practice, Rohini spent over a decade in scientific research and pharmaceutical R&D, earning a PhD in Molecular Biosciences from Imperial College London in 2010. Her scientific background informs her interest in the relationship between mind and body, while her therapeutic training and professional experience underpin her compassionate, reflective and ethically grounded practice.
