  • fed up with being in pain
  • tired of being on pain medication
  • frustrated by not being able to do the things they love
  • feel like they’ve tried everything
  • are ready to try a new approach to make a difference.

Her services are aimed to help you or those you care about to:

  • feel better
  • gain relevant awareness and skills
  • build healthier habits
  • gain confidence in sustaining a higher quality of life
  • manage difficulties

Range of services include:

  • sports massage/soft tissue therapy,

Kay often works with clients who have medical conditions, providing a safe atmosphere for them to discuss their condition and its impact, guiding them to find ways forward.

She provides relief through hands on sports massage, and when clients are interested and ready to consider making a change, she motivates and builds client confidence with necessary skills and awareness. As a result clients have improved energy levels, confidence, mobility, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, reduced or eliminated alcohol intake, improved healthy eating, sleep habits and activity levels. What is the healthy living habit that you or someone you know could benefit from most?

Kay was inspired to become an integrated mind-body practitioner because she overcame the impact of a debilitating, hereditary condition through a combination of perseverance, specialist intervention, traditional Qigong, effective professional treatment, self-growth, and kindness.

To offer her joined-up approach, Kay undertook a wide range of studies including:

  • Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage LVL 5 soft tissue therapist (1 year and over 100 clinical hours)

  • Kay is professionally registered with CNHC, FHT, STA, CIMSPA, The Qigong Centre.

After university, Kay’s career began in investment banking and encompassed social enterprise, post-graduate distinction, sustainability, strategy and leadership. The areas she excelled at have translated into her career as a complementary healthcare professional. She is good at seeing the big picture, problem solving and challenging the status quo whilst maintaining professionalism. These skills are valuable in helping people with complex conditions.

Kay’s health journey and related empathetic approach is particularly helpful when working with clients who have long-term conditions. She undertook university-level psychology training with an NHS Trust Foundation to be able to better help people affected by physical health challenges through an evidence-based, empathetic approach.
