Anthony (Ant) Harris is a UKCP Registered Advanced Trainee Psychotherapist, qualified to work under supervision while completing his master’s level Advanced Diploma at NCHP. He is also an a specialist CNHC Registered Hypnotherapist, offering a depth hypno-psychotherapy approach, and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity at the University of South Wales to deepen his expertise in this area. Ant practises integrative psychotherapy, combining psychodynamic, humanistic, and person-centred approaches in a collaborative, non-directive space.
Whilst able to work with a variety of concerns, he specialises in working with high-functioning professionals and neurodivergent clients, offering both exploratory depth work and targeted, solution-focused support for anxiety, burnout, identity, shame, and relational challenges.
Ant’s path into this work grew from well over a decade of his own personal therapy and experience in the care sector – experiences that taught him the uncertainty, the slow trust-building, and what genuinely shifts when healing happens. That lived understanding shapes how he works more than training alone ever could.
