Nuala McBride

Nuala McBride is a degree-qualified nutritionist registered under the UK’s Association for Nutrition. She works with busy professionals whose microbiome is quietly driving symptoms like low energy, unpredictable digestion, and recurring infections – despite doing “all the right things.”

Nuala was initially labelled with IBS and then received the diagnosis of celiac disease. It was this journey that led her to move away from her successful career in marketing to become a Nutritionist. She understands first hand the struggles that many of her clients visit her with.

There are two key microbiomes Nuala the Nutritionist focuses on:

  1. Gut Microbiome for those with ongoing digestive complaints (e.g. bloating, IBS, diarrhoea, constipation, acid reflux, suspected SIBO/SIFO, Candida)
  2. Vaginal Microbiome for women experiencing recurring symptoms such as thrush, Candida, BV, or UTIs

To support her clients, Nuala works across three tiers:

  1. The Gut Thrive Blueprint: A 16-week, fully guided programme including ten 1:1 consultations and a comprehensive gut test.
  2. Gut / Vaginal Testing & Insights Package: Designed for those who want clarity on what’s going on and exactly what to do next, but feel confident implementing the plan independently.
  3. Initial Consult / Follow-Up Consults: A flexible, pay-as-you-go option for those looking for targeted support or a focused “MOT” on their current nutrition and symptoms.
