“I attended your course out of curiosity accompanied with an equal dose of optimism of skepticism. But wow, it opened more than my eyes, it expanded my mind ! The seminar was really enjoyable, challenging and informative but most of all enriching, a great way to spend a Saturday.
I have been using the MP3′s also and, to my surprise lost 4 kg without counting calories, points, weighing food or agonizing; it just feels natural to eat “normal”. More than that though, for the first time in 8 and a half years, I have had a month of nightmare-free nights! I used to have at least one quite graphic, disturbing nightmare every night following a traumatic event 9 years ago, which influenced my life in many negative and painful ways.
But since the night after the seminar have not had even one! I had actually given up on this ever changing (having exhausted the more traditional options in dealing with this). I know that this was not nearly the focus of your seminar, or even a topic of discussion, but what an incredible bonus for me!
