Sally Wall is a counsellor and psychotherapist, specialising in disability, depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessions, mental health disorders, gender identification and sexuality.
Are you feeling lost, unbalanced, tired, bored or fed up? Are you seeking purpose, focus, fulfilment or connection? Do you simply need a safe place to talk and be heard?
Sally combines a variety of techniques using an integrative approach and aspects of person centred, CBT, psychodynamic and hypnotherapy. In addition to speech, clients are invited to bring music and engage in movement within sessions for deeper reflection, discovery and creativity. Sally believes that engaging the entire person within the therapeutic experience may reawaken dormant abilities, leading to discovery of wholeness, coping strategies, pathways and opportunities.
Qualifying from the CPCAB course in Therapeutic Counselling, she is now an accredited member of the BACP, and is additionally registered with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. She has also a degree in Psychology.
