Interview with Natasha Sharpin

NatashaSharpinNatasha, what is your specialisation and how long have you been practising?

My specialisation is Reflexology specifically related to women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or anyone who is in pain.

I’ve been practising since 2008.

When did you start working at Salus Wellness and what influenced your decision to work here?

I started working in June 2012 and was introduced through a friend and fellow therapist.  I was shown how different this clinic was in comparison to others. I still feel the same to this day. I am so happy to be working in this clinic.

How many clients do you see in an average week?

I see 6 to 10 clients per week as I work part-time.

What is your general view of the facilities Offered by Salus Wellness?

My general view is the warm and welcoming atmosphere I feel as soon as I walk through the door. I actually feel like part of the furniture, I feel incredibly comfortable here which is so important for me. The building and equipment does often need a little tlc, which all contributes to its character.

How did the help received from Salus Wellness in terms of running your business, sales and marketing help to develop your business?

It helped a lot. The workshops were incredibly useful (I don’t attend as many these days as I feel quite established), and valuable. In the early days it gave me confidence and motivation. I am happy and confident in my profession, but my business skills needed some serious shaking up. Massimo’s support has been there from day one. He is a constant and consistent motivator, and he is always approachable for all questions and advice – even the ones of repetition which are computer related.

What are your future plans at the Clinic?

I’d like to stay exactly as I am. Maybe one day I will encourage Massimo to buy another lamp for my room.

Would you recommend Salus Wellness to other practitioners?

Yes of course I would – Without any hesitation.

What advice would you give to new practitioners?

I have lots of advice…Please just ask me…

The main thing I would say is not to worry about everything being perfect. Prioritise and put your energy there. If you find it hard to sell yourself, let someone else do it.
